I'm Alex, the owner of the SAV Water Heaters, and we provide high-quality water heater replacement and repair services. I am a licensed plumber with 15 years of experience. Over the past year, I have personally replaced and installed over 200 water heaters.

If your water heater is leaking, broken, or you simply want to replace your old one, I can offer you the best service on the same day or next day. I provide a one-year guarantee for my work.

To get an estimate for water heater replacement, send me a photo of your old water heater, and in response, I'll send you a quote. If you agree with the price, we will arrange a convenient time for you. In most cases, we are available on the same day or the next day.

Don't spend time purchasing a water heater. I will come to you with a new water heater and all the necessary installation materials. However, if you prefer to buy the water heater yourself or if your water heater is still under warranty and needs replacement, we can go to Home Depot or Lowe's for a purchase or exchange.

The labor cost is currently discounted by 50% from the regular price of $950-$1050. This discount is offered in recognition of the time saved due to an online estimate and the convenient accessibility for installing a new water heater on the ground floor.)
• Water heater replacement - $590 for LABOR (Replacing a water heater under warranty first involves removing the old water heater and going to the Home Depot/Lowe's to exchange for a new one and install a new water heater. Regular gas tank water heater up to 50 gallons, ground floor with easy access, All Bay Area.)
• Replacement of water heaters larger than 50 gallons or Power Vent, Direct Vent and Tankless water heaters - Estimate Required
• Tankless and Hybrid heat pump water heater installation - Estimate Required

• Disposal of the old water heater - Free
• Water heater repair - Starting at $250 for LABOR (South Bay Area, Service call - $99 or Free if repair or replacement estimate is approved)
