  1.             PREAMBLE

This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement"), provided by Looknet Corp (“LOOKNET”, “we” or “us”), applies to your access to and use of our website, mobile applications and other online products and services (collectively, the “Services”).

At LOOKNET, our mission is to connect individuals, businesses, and enthusiasts in a dynamic marketplace where you can find an array of products and services, from unique handmade crafts to cutting-edge technology. To foster an environment of trust and respect, it is essential that everyone understands their rights and responsibilities while using our platform.

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement, as may be amended from time to time by LOOKNET. Please take the time to read through these terms carefully, as they govern your relationship with LOOKNET and other users.

If you are accessing or using the Services on behalf of business, you represent and warrant us that you have authority to bind the respective business by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree with the terms of this Agreement, you are not authorized to use the Services. We may modify this Agreement at any time in our sole discretion. You are responsible for periodically checking for changes and are bound by them if you continue to use the Services.

  1.             DEFINITIONS & INTERPRETATION

LOOKNET

Refers to the internet marketplace operated and provided by Looknet corp , including its website, mobile applications, and related Services.

“Account”

The personal profile created by a User for the use of the Services that includes registration information and Transaction history.

“Business User”

Refers to a User who utilizes the Services for business or professional activities and meets at least one of the signs specified in this Agreement. The User may be qualified a Business User at the discretion of LOOKNET, regardless of whether such User is registered as business entity in accordance with the applicable laws or carries out such activities without such registration.

“Buyer(s)”

Users who utilize the Services to browse, view, or purchase Products or Services from Sellers.

“Community Guidelines”

Refers to the rules and guidelines established by LOOKNET to govern User conduct and content while using the Services.

“Content”

Any text, images, graphics, videos, audio, or other materials uploaded, posted, transmitted, or made available on LOOKNET by Users.

“Guest”

Refers to an individual User of the Services who did not register his (her) Account or is not authorized.

“Intellectual Property”

Refers to patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, and any other intellectual property rights recognized under applicable laws.

“Listing(s)”

Descriptions, images, and other content provided by Sellers to present their Products on LOOKNET.

“Moderation”

Refers to the process of reviewing and monitoring content and interactions on LOOKNET to ensure compliance with this Agreement and Community Guidelines.

“Payment Processing Provider”

A third-party entity or service used through LOOKNET to facilitate payment processing for Transactions.

“Privacy Policy”

Refers to terms and conditions outlining the LOOKNET’s practices concerning the collection, use, and protection of User’s personal information.

“Product(s)”

Refers to physical items, digital goods, Services, or any other items listed for sale by Sellers on LOOKNET.

“Prohibited Items”

Refers to the Products, Services, or Content that are expressly prohibited for sale or distribution on LOOKNET, as detailed in this Agreement and Applicable Law.

“Registration”

Refers to the process of creating an Account by the User after providing them with the relevant data, accepting the Rules and activating the Account.

“Seller(s)”

Users who offer Products or Services for sale on LOOKNET and engage in Transactions with Buyers.

“Transaction(s)”

The process of buying, selling, or exchanging Products and Services between Buyers and Sellers on LOOKNET.

“User(s)”

Individuals, businesses, or entities that access, browse, register, or engage in Transactions on LOOKNET.

 

  1.  These definitions are provided for clarity and ease of reference throughout this Agreement. Any terms not defined here shall be interpreted in accordance with their ordinary and customary meaning.

 

  1.                    GENERAL PROVISIONS
    1.       The terms of use of the Services are set out in this Agreement. Each User of the Services is obliged to familiarize himself with the content of the Rules.
    2.       Guests may only use limited features of the Services under the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, in accordance with the Applicable Law and principles of fairness.
    3.       Content published on LOOKNET, including but not limited to advertisements, regardless of their form, i.e. text, graphics and video materials, are subject to intellectual property rights, including copyrights and industrial property rights, of LOOKNET, the Sellers or third parties. This content may not be used in any way without the written consent of the authorized person. Any aggregation, processing of data and other information available on LOOKNET is prohibited for the purpose of its further transfer to third parties on other sites and outside the internet. Additionally, it is prohibited to use the designations of LOOKNET and the Services, including characteristic graphic elements without the prior written authorization of LOOKNET.
    4.    LOOKNET makes every effort to maintain the smooth provision of the Services. In an effort to ensure high quality services and efficient operation of the Services, it reserves the right to suspend the provision of the Services under the conditions described below:
      1.             Technical breaks may take place during the night (10 P.M. to 6 A.M.) during which some functions of the Services may be limited or unavailable;
      2.             Technical failure – the occurrence of a technical error due to circumstances for which LOOKNET is responsible, resulting in:
        1.                    Most or all Users are unable to access the Services and/or utilize the Services rendered therein;
        2.                    The main functions of LOOKNET are not available or do not work correctly, in particular, this concerns the inability to publish, display, update or raise relevant information.
    5.    The LOOKNET is neither of these: a participant, organizer of the Transaction, Buyer, Seller, employer, intermediary, agent, representative of any User, beneficiary or other interested person in relation to Transactions between Users. Users use the information posted on LOOKNET to enter into Transactions at their own risk without direct or indirect participation or control by the LOOKNET.
  2.             USER ACCOUNT
    1.  In order to take full advantage of the functionality of the Services, the Guest shall create an Account and start using the Services as a User. The Account provides, among other things, the following functions within LOOKNET:
      1.       Publication and management of published announcements;
      2.      Viewing advertisements of other Users;
      3.       Managing payments and invoices related to the Services provided by LOOKNET;
      4.      Sending messages to other Users and receiving messages from them;
      5.       Ordering advertising services; and
      6.        Other functionalities implemented at sole discretion of LOOKNET.
    2.  The User can only be an individual with the appropriate amount of legal capacity, a legal entity or a separate subdivision. In the case of legal entities and separate divisions, only a person authorized to act on their behalf may create an Account and perform any activity on LOOKNET.
    3.  For the purposes of registration of an Account, the following steps must be completed by the Guest:
      1.       Completing the form available on LOOKNET and providing the required information, including, but not limited to, personal and/or business email addresses, or a phone number, address, and a unique password or other methods of personal verification (authentication) through an external service provider or short message service (SMS) password;
      2.      Read this Agreement and its annexes and accepting their terms and conditions. However, failure to read this Agreement in whole or in part does not constitute non-acceptance of its terms and conditions.
    4.  In case the User does not want LOOKNET to possess the tracking information about User’s geographical location, the User has the right to opt out of this requirement. In these circumstances, the User would have to indicate an alternative address that can be used by LOOKNET for its business records.
    5. The User ensures and warrants that the information provided during the Registration and during the use of the Services is true, accurate and up-to-date, and that he is duly authorized to provide this data.
    6.  It is User’s sole responsibility to maintain confidentiality of access to his/her Account on LOOKNET and protect the data from unauthorized use by third parties.
    7.  LOOKNET reserves the right to unilaterally terminate this Agreement with the User if the User:
      1.       Have not logged into the Account for more than 60 calendar days.
      2.      Despite warnings and requests made by LOOKNET to cease certain actions or omissions that violate the provisions of the Agreement or generally applicable laws, continues to act in the same manner or fails to perform certain actions as prescribed by the warning or request;
      3.       Carries out fraudulent or deceptive conduct in its activities on LOOKNET.
    8.  LOOKNET’s authority to unilaterally terminate this Agreement, however, does not limit the User’s right to register on LOOKNET. However, LOOKNET does not ensure that the previous nickname used by the User could be restored.
    9.  User has the right to delete his/her Account at any time through profile settings or by contacting customer support service of LOOKNET. Upon deletion of the Account, this Agreement is automatically considered terminated.
  3.             PROTECTION OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
    1.  Ownership of LOOKNET’s content. LOOKNET retains all intellectual property rights, title, and interest in and to LOOKNET, including, but not limited to:
      1.       Trademarks, service marks, logos, and trade names associated with LOOKNET and the Services;
      2.      Copyrighted material, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, videos, and software.
      3.       Trade secrets, proprietary information, and know-how related to the operation and functionality of the Services.
    2.  License to use. LOOKNET grants its Users a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal or business purposes, strictly in accordance with this Agreement. This license does not grant Users any ownership or rights to the intellectual property of LOOKNET.
    3.  User Content. Users may upload, post, or submit content to LOOKNET. By doing so, Users grant LOOKNET a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content for the purposes of operating and promoting LOOKNET and the Services.
    4.  Non-infringement against Third party Rights. Users are responsible for ensuring that any content they submit does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and any other proprietary rights.
    5.  Notice of Infringement. LOOKNET respects the intellectual property rights of others. If Users believe that any content on LOOKNET infringes upon their intellectual property rights, they shall contact us promptly with a detailed notice of the alleged infringement.
    6.  Repeat Infringers. LOOKNET may, at its discretion, terminate accounts of Users who repeatedly infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
    7.  Counter-Notice. If Users believe their content was removed from LOOKNET due to a mistake or misidentification, they may file a counter-notice. LOOKNET will review and assess the counter-notice in accordance with applicable laws.
    8.  Modifications. LOOKNET reserves the right to modify, remove, or restrict access to any content that is alleged to infringe upon intellectual property rights or violates this Agreement, without liability.
    9.  Third-Party Content. LOOKNET may contain content provided by third parties. LOOKNET is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or intellectual property compliance of such content. Users who encounter third-party content are encouraged to report any potential violations to LOOKNET. 
  4.             OBLIGATIONS OF USERS
    1.  By using LOOKNET and interacting with other Users at LOOKNET, each and every User must:
      1.       Strictly comply with the Applicable Law;
      2.      Comply with this Agreement, rules for posting advertisements, requirements for profiles and reviews and other rules enacted by LOOKNET;
      3.       Respect other Users’ privacy and intellectual property rights through, inter alia, refraining from copying the User content;
      4.      Refrain from using obscene statements, images or statements in any other form that incite violence, hatred, disrespect, contain threats or insults, condone illegal actions, or are inconsistent with moral standards or reasonable business practices;
      5.       Use the Service or information posted on LOOKNET for purposes not provided herein;
      6.        Refrain from uploading, integrating or using hacking software or other illegal programs aimed at creating infringements on LOOKNET or other Users’ content;
      7.      Refrain from taking actions that may interfere with the normal operation of the Services.
    2.  Users acknowledge and agree that all materials displayed, performed, or available on or through LOOKNET, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, data, articles, photos, images, illustrations and other content are protected by copyright and/or other intellectual property laws throughout the world. Users undertake to comply with all copyright notices, trademark rules, information, and restrictions contained in such postings, and not to copy, reproduce, modify, translate, publish, broadcast, transmit, distribute, perform, upload, display, license, sell, or otherwise use for any purpose any such postings not owned by Users without the prior consent of the owner of that content.
    3.  LOOKNET may contain links or connections to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. LOOKNET has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, accuracy, privacy policies, or practices of or opinions expressed in any third-party websites or services. In addition, LOOKNET will not and cannot monitor, verify, censor, or edit the content of any third-party website or service. Users acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for any risks resulting from your access or use of any third-party websites or services. LOOKNET encourages Users to be aware when they leave LOOKNET and to read the terms of use and privacy policy of each third-party website or service that Users visit or use.
    4.  Users’ interactions with sellers, other users, other entities or individuals as a result of their use of the Services, including communications, payments, performances and deliveries, are solely between those Users and such third parties; provided, however, that LOOKNET reserves the right, but has no obligation, to intercede in such interactions. Users should make whatever investigation and/or seek whatever professional advice, as they feel necessary or appropriate before proceeding with any interaction with any of these third parties. Users acknowledge and agree that LOOKNET is not responsible for any loss or damage incurred as the result of such interactions. Users agree that LOOKNET will not be responsible for any liability incurred as the result of such interactions.
    5.  LOOKNET reserves the right to conduct random checks of Users’ compliance with the terms of this Agreement at any time and at our discretion for the sake maintaining LOOKNET a convenient and safe tool.
    6.  In the event of detecting any violations or any actions designed to prepare violations of the law, the rights of other Users or the Services, including the abuse of the Services, LOOKNET reserves the right to limit access to Users’ Account or its functionality. These restrictions may include, but are not limited to, limiting access to the LOOKNET messenger, limiting the display of Users’ content in search results, hiding the display of an advertisement and/or on the map, rejecting or blocking designated User’s content (in whole or in part), limiting access to the Services from certain IP addresses and phone numbers, and terminating Account with or without the right of its restoration.
    7.  LOOKNET may restrict the access to the Account in the event of complaints from other Users or Guests regarding such a profile, spam sending, repeated or malicious violations of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, posting advertisements and indicating prices that do not correspond to the product’s or service’s actual features or characteristics), hacking of the Account, failure of the User to provide documents or information at our request, posting false reviews, liquidation of a business entity-User. Additionally, such restrictions may be applied if LOOKNET notices signs of fraud in the Users’ conduct on LOOKNET or if the User has registered a new Account at LOOKNET to continue its operations despite the restriction of the previous one.
    8.  It is a material breach of this Agreement to arrange for the sale of listed items from, or the payment of fees to, sellers outside the context of LOOKNET for the purposes of circumventing the obligation to pay the fee for Products purchased through advertisements posted on LOOKNET.
  5.             INDEMNITY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY OF LOOKNET
    1.  We expressly disclaim any liability that may arise between Users of LOOKNET, including any Guests. If there is a dispute between Users and a seller, another User, or any third-party on LOOKNET, LOOKNET is under no obligation to become involved. Because we are not a party to the actual contracts between Users and sellers, to the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, Users release LOOKNET, our parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents and successors from all claims, demands, and damages of every kind or nature, known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected, disclosed or undisclosed, arising out of or in any way related to such disputes and/or the Services, including relating to the purchase or use of Products and the activities, performance or conduct of any sellers.
    2.  To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Users agree to indemnify and hold us, our parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, agents, employees, suppliers, licensors and partners harmless from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees ) arising from or in connection with any third-party claims relating to: (a) use of the Services, including without limitation, Users’ postings or any actions taken by a third party using Users’ Account; (b) Users’ violation of this Agreement; (c) Users’ violation of any rights of another party, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right or any third-party agreement; or (d) Users’ violation of any applicable laws, rules, or regulations. In the event of such a claim, suit, or legal action (whether commenced or imminent), we will attempt to provide notice of the claim to the contact information we have for Users’ account (provided that failure to deliver such notice shall not eliminate or reduce Users’ indemnification obligations under this Agreement).
    3.  Notwithstanding LOOKNET acting as administrators of the marketplace platform, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, under no circumstances and under no legal theory (including, without limitation, tort, contract, strict liability, or otherwise) shall LOOKNET be liable to Users or to any other person for (a) any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages of any kind, including damages for loss of data, profits, revenue or goodwill, reputational harm, business interruption, accuracy of results, or computer failure or malfunction arising out of or in connection with the services or (b) use of the Services, including, without limitation, any inability to access or use the Services or the purchase and use of products offered on or through the Services, even if we or any other person has foreseen or been advised of the possibility of such damages. The foregoing limitation of liability shall not apply to liability of LOOKNET for (i) death or personal injury caused by our gross negligence; or for (ii) any injury caused by our fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
    4.  This disclaimer applies, without limitation, to the maximum extent permitted under law, to any damages or personal injury arising from any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defects, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, file corruption, communication-line failure, network or system outage, any theft, destruction, unauthorized access to, alteration of, loss or use of, any record or data, and any other tangible or intangible loss.
    5.  Users specifically acknowledge and agree that we shall not be liable for any defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct by any seller or user of the Services.
    6.  LOOKNET reserves the right, at our own cost, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by Users, in which case Users will fully cooperate with LOOKNET in asserting any available defenses.
    7.  Users agree and acknowledge that the provisions of this section will survive any termination of Users’ Account and/or Users’ access to the Services.
  6.             DELIVERY
    1.  Users agree and acknowledge that the delivery of Products purchased or sold through LOOKNET is executed by third-party postal service providers. These service providers may include, but are not limited to, courier companies, mail carriers and other logistics entities independent from LOOKNET.
    2.  LOOKNET, its affiliates, agents, employees, and representatives bear no liability for the consequences and results of Product delivery under any circumstances. This limitation of liability extends to, but is not limited to:
      1.       Delayed deliveries;
      2.      Non-deliveries;
      3.       Damaged or lost products during transit;
      4.      Misdelivery or delivery to incorrect addresses;
      5.       Theft or pilferage of packages;
      6.        Customs, import, or export issues;
      7.      Any other issues or incidents related to the delivery process.
    3.  Users are encouraged to review and be aware of the terms, policies, and procedures of the third-party postal service providers engaged for product deliveries. Any claims, disputes, or concerns arising from the delivery of products should be directed to the respective postal service provider in accordance with their terms and policies.
    4.  LOOKNET, at its sole discretion, may assist users in coordinating with the respective postal service provider to address delivery-related concerns, but such assistance does not constitute an assumption of liability by LOOKNET.
    5.  Users are responsible for providing accurateand complete delivery information, including recipient details and shipping addresses, monitoring the progress of their product deliveries and promptly notifying LOOKNET or the postal service provider of any issues or discrepancies and any other actions necessary for completing the delivery of Products and the Services purchased through LOOKNET.
    6.  Export Control. Users, including Business Users, Sellers and Guests, undertake to utilize the Services, including, but not limited to, the Services and Products purchased on or through LOOKNET in compliance with all laws and Applicable Law of the United States government or other import-export regulations and restrictions of relevant jurisdictions. In particular, Users agree and acknowledge that Services and Products purchased or sold through LOOKNET may not be exported or re-exported (a) into any United States embargoed countries, or (b) to anyone on the U.S. Treasury Department’s list of Specifically Designated Nationals or the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Denied Person’s List of Entity List. Users represent and warrant that (a) they are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a “terrorist supporting” country and (b) they are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. Users also will not use the Services nor the Products purchased on the Services for any purpose prohibited by any applicable law.
  7.             APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
    1.  Applicable Law. This Agreement shall be governed by or construed in accordance with the laws of the state of New York, without regard to any applicable principles of conflicts of law. Any suit, action, or proceeding arising out of any disputes hereunder, or the interpretation, performance or breach thereof, shall be made in accordance with the law of the State of New York.
    2.  Class Action Waiver. Users hereto waive any right to assert any claims against LOOKNET as a representative or member in any class or representative action, except where such waiver is prohibited by law against public policy, to the extent any party is permitted by law to proceed with a class or representative action against LOOKNET.
    3.  Settlement of Disputes. Any dispute, disagreement or controversy arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to consumer arbitration in accordance with the applicable rules at the Mediation and Civil Arbitration, Inc. D/B/A RapidRuling (“Rapid”) or, in case Rapid is unavailable as a consumer arbitral institution at the time when the intent to arbitrate arises, such consumer disputes may be referred to JAMS, formerly known as Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services, Inc. (“JAMS”), or, alternatively, the party intending to arbitrate a dispute between the may seek court’s appointment of an arbitrator to arbitrate a dispute.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

ADDENDUM A

PRIVACY POLICY OF LOOKNET.COM

  1.             GENERAL
    1.  This Privacy Policy is an integral of the [Terms of Service Agreement for LOOKNET.COM]. This Privacy Policy explains how information (whether personal or commercial) about Users, Guests and other visitors of LOOKNET.COM (hereinafter – “LOOKNET”, “we”, or “us”) is collected, used and shared by LOOKNET.
    2.  Our provision of services involves handling both personal and commercial data belonging to users. In the context of processing this data, users and the Payment Processing Provider are considered distinct data controllers or businesses as defined by relevant data protection laws. Users commit to adhering to their responsibilities as data controllers or businesses under these data protection laws and pledge to furnish the Services with all reasonable cooperation, information, and assistance required to fulfill our obligations as a data controller or business.
    3.  We retain the right to modify this Privacy Policy periodically. In the event of any changes, LOOKNET will inform all Users by displaying the new adoption date of this Policy at the top of the respective webpage. We encourage all Users to regularly review this Privacy Policy when using the Services to stay updated on our data handling practices and learn how they can safeguard their privacy.
  2.             INFORMATION COLLECTED BY LOOKNET
    1.    LOOKNET collects, uses and protects the following types of information that you provide when signing and using LOOKNET:
      1.       Name of Users;
      2.      Email address provided by Users;
      3.       LOOKNET Account password (encrypted) provided by Users;
      4.      Telephone number provided Users;
      5.       Postal address including city, state, and zip code provided by Users;
      6.        Photographs of Products and/or Services that Users upload for sale and/or advertisement;
      7.      Written descriptions of posted Products and/or Services;
      8.      Reviews or comments made by Users on LOOKNET;
      9.        All messages and/or other communications with other Users or with us sent through the LOOKNET messaging service or to LOOKNET directly;
      10.        Any other information Users choose to provide.
    2.    LOOKNET uses the information provided by Users for various purposes, including, but not limited, to:
      1.       Verify User’s login information to allow Users to access and use LOOKNET, to personalize LOOKNET, and to optimize the location and type of offers presented to Users when they use LOOKNET;
      2.      Create and maintain a trusted and safer environment on LOOKNET, including through detection and prevention of fraud, unauthorized access, intrusion, and service interruption;
      3.       Conduct investigations and to respond to disputes between users, error resolution, and other similar customer support service;
      4.      Operate, protect, improve and optimize LOOKNET and Services rendered therein, and our Users’ experience;
      5.       Perform analytics, conduct search, and monitor and analyze trends, usage and activities in connection with the Services;
      6.        Provide advertisements, news and information to match Users’ profiles or interests that LOOKNET thinks will be of interest to Users;
      7.      Comply with our legal obligations or requests from law enforcement agencies, resolve any disputes that we may have with any of our Users, and enforce our agreements with third parties;
      8.      Assist third-party payment processors with transaction processing, error, chargeback and disputed transaction resolution, and similar payment processing functions;
      9.        Carry out any other purpose for which the information was collected.
    3.    LOOKNET may share the information we collect about Users in the following circumstances:
      1.       Disclosure of information with the public when Users post information on LOOKNET;
      2.      Disclosure of information with vendors, consultants, and other service providers who need access to such information to carry out relevant works and/or Services on behalf of LOOKNET.
    4.  LOOKNET is committed not to share any personal data with third parties, except for those stipulated above. Therefore, LOOKNET will not sell / transfer / distribute or alienate personal data to third parties in exchange for money.

  1.             Information provided to Payment Processing Provider
    1.    LOOKNET is integrated with the payment processing services of Stripe, Inc. ("Payment Processing Provider") to facilitate electronic payments for goods and services available on our platform. These payment processing services are provided directly to Users in accordance with Payment Processing Provider's own privacy policy and terms. In this context, Stripe serves as the Payment Processing Provider responsible for receiving, collecting, utilizing, and storing information provided by Users via LOOKNET. This includes details such as debit and credit card numbers, Social Security numbers, government IDs, passports, and bank account information.
    2.    LOOKNET reserves the right to change the Payment Processing Provider to any other company at its sole discretion.

    1.  LOOKNET takes reasonable measures to help protect information about Users from loss, theft, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.

At any time during the use of the Services, Users may opt out of any of the aforementioned options and choose the alternative option.
    3.    Users are strongly encouraged to publish personal data information with strong sense of responsibility. When any post, advertisement, review, comment or information is posted by the User, this User independently discloses such data so that any other User or Guest can see it by visiting LOOKNET. LOOKNET does not bear any responsibility whatsoever for distribution, publishing, or dissemination of any other kind. LOOKNET only carries out processing of such data for the purpose of fulfilling the contract entered with the User at User’s own initiative.

    1.  LOOKNET records, systematizes, collects, stores, changes and retrieves information of Users by the use of databases and servers in NY, USA.
    2. The information collected through cookies is stored securely on LOOKNET’s databases and servers and/or with the third-party data storage service providers. LOOKNET takes appropriate measures to protect this data from unauthorized access or disclosure.
