This is for a package deal. We also offer lawn aeration services and power raking. If you would like to add one of these services to the package our charge would be $629.00 plus tax. The aeration and power raking covers up to 5,000 sqft. The chimney, dryer vent, and ac duct cleaning package covers up to a 5,000 sqft home.
