This is Mul-T-Lock style, but much less expensive. Good for if you move into a random old student apartment that has an ordinary lock that should be changed/re-keyed since the last tenant. Easy to swap in for the existing rim cylinder, with just a screwdriver. You can always put the old cylinder back in, when you move away. $20 cash.
